Obtained from the careful selection of Negroamaro grapes coming exclusively from Alberello breeding. Marketed after two years of aging of which at least 6 months of aging in barriques. The nose reveals hints of ripe red fruits also in the form of jams and in alcohol, spicy such as black pepper, leather, toasted and ethereal. Thanks to the non-invasive tannins it goes well with aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Stravecchio, Bitto, Piacentino di Enna and Pecorino, salami and game. Recommended pairing: "Venison with porcini mushrooms"
