Wine obtained from the vinification of Negroamaro grapes. Aging in barriques. The nose reveals hints of ripe red pulp fruits and jams, spicy such as black pepper, licorice, toasted and balsamic note of Mediterranean scrub. Ideal with hard cheeses such as Comtè, Gorgonzola, cured meats such as pork belly, chorizo, capocollo and grilled red meats. Recommended pairing: "Ideal with aged cheeses, cured meats, first courses and grilled meats."
