Wine obtained from selected grapes of the historic Salento vine in Alberello “Primitivo”. A full-bodied red with a very intense color, a broad aroma, a dry, slightly tannic flavor, these are the primary characteristics of this wine which is perfect with roasts, aged cheeses, game and white meats. Serve it at 18 - 20 ° C. and uncork the bottle an hour before serving.
