Wine made from Primitivo grapes. It is characterized by the softness of its tannins and the taste-olfactory persistence. On the nose, hints of ripe red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and blackberries stand out, even in the form of jellies. Ideal with aged cheeses such as Caciocavallo Podolico, Castelmagno, Provolone del Monaco, pasta with Bolognese sauce, white meat alla cacciatora. Recommended pairing: "Stracotti di carne"
